Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you’re offering to purchase a product on and subject to these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you’re authorized to use the designated payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations, including but not limited to:
Stock Issues: If a product is out of stock or unavailable after an order is placed.
Suspicious Activity: If we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
Payment Failure: If payment can’t be successfully processed or is reversed.

Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, and pricing information on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of any goods which you’ve ordered, we’ll inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request to cancel an order within one (1) hour of placing it. To request a cancellation, please send an email immediately to support@elasiil.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for requests received after this one-hour window, as the order may have already begun processing or shipping. Since we primarily use Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, no refunds are necessary for canceled COD orders.
